Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee mission-critical projects in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and manage multiple small teams
• Create and manage delivery schedules, oversee initiatives from inception to completion, and implement process improvements
• Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and stakeholders, and participate in program-level communication and reporting

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in leading Java-based software development projects
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and customer needs
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in dynamic environments
• Proven ability to lead Agile projects through the full software development lifecycle
• Experience in government contracting services and managing various stakeholders
