Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive operational excellence in the customer onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and continuously improve onboarding project plans and status trackers
• Coordinate across internal teams to keep onboarding milestones on track
• Design and refine systems and documentation to support scalable onboarding

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in a technical project management role in a customer-facing capacity
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills required
• Experience in Martech or adtech is a strong plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Collaborative team player who works well across functions
