Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Connectivity Technical Project Manager to oversee product integration projects and ensure successful execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all product integration projects and liaise between R&D, Integrations, and business teams
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and maintain a low rate of non-bug escalations to the development team
• Coordinate with multiple internal and external teams to meet project deadlines and optimize integration processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role
• At least 1 year of experience in project management or leading company processes
• Strong understanding of information systems and web debugging tools
• Hands-on experience with tools and protocols such as HTTP, JSON, and Postman
• Experience with system log analysis using tools like Kibana or Splunk
