Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager II to drive technology projects through their life-cycle and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage configuration control documents in collaboration with Systems Engineers
• Maintain documentation library and manage the help desk ticketing process
• Coordinate project planning and tracking using Jira, and assist in executing major deployment projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business degree with technology experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management
• Demonstrated organizational and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of computer and networking technologies
• Experience with SQL databases and writing intermediate SQL queries
