Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers to ensure timely completion of technical projects
• Create and optimize internal management processes, including sprints and deadlines
• Communicate with executives, clients, and team members to troubleshoot issues and maintain project alignment

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of technical experience in software development and web technologies
• Previous experience in project development or management roles
• Experience managing full-cycle software projects and coordinating deployments
• Hands-on experience in debugging technical issues and managing engineers and QA
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and agile/scrum development processes
