Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee project planning and delivery within the engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage technical project plans and schedules throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on priorities and dependencies, tracking progress and communicating project status
• Identify and mitigate risks, document dependencies, and define success criteria for project deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development or project management roles
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager, preferably using Scrum methodologies
• Strong knowledge of SDLC principles and practices
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
