Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of a modern enterprise intranet platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of a modern intranet platform, managing system configuration and integrations
• Design information architecture and support employee experience design principles
• Lead adoption strategy, develop training programs, and monitor engagement metrics

Required Qualifications

• 7-12+ years of project or program management experience
• Proven ownership of enterprise intranet or digital workplace implementations
• Hands-on experience with LumApps or similar platforms (e.g., SharePoint Online, Google Workspace)
• Strong understanding of digital workplace ecosystems and identity management integrations
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
