Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their Product Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project visibility, ensuring stakeholders have access to project status and timelines
• Manage project scope and monitor for scope creep, raising concerns when necessary
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and facilitate communication to ensure unified project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional project management experience with software or operations teams
• 3+ years of expertise in Jira or similar project management software
• Proven ability to coordinate complex dependencies across multiple teams
• Core working hours aligned with US East Coast (roughly 9 am - 5 pm ET)
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
