Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the documentation of launch processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage a platform for process documentation, converting Word documents into Markdown and troubleshooting formatting issues
  • Review existing documentation to identify gaps and inconsistencies, and collaborate with subject matter experts to refine content
  • Draft and update process documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity, aligning with industry best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering
  • PMP or PMI certification
  • 5-7 years of proven project management experience
  • 3+ years of technical proficiency in documentation tools and hands-on experience with documentation platforms
  • Understanding of version control, metadata tagging, and process visualization tools
