Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to bridge IT and business functions for automation and AI projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to identify inefficiencies and manage IT project intake and delivery using Jira
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring strategic alignment, resource allocation, and compliance with governance standards
• Create performance dashboards and facilitate AI adoption and change management across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in IT project management, business systems, or technology consulting
• Strong expertise in Jira for project and portfolio management
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
• Experience with SaaS ecosystems, workflow automation, and system integrations
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent
