Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage and implement multiple Contact Center/Customer Experience technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple, concurrent medium- to large-sized, complex projects and solution engagements
  • Provide technical expertise for Genesys solution implementations, including client discovery and documentation
  • Support all project aspects, including resource scheduling, goal setting, risk management, and customer acceptance
Required Qualifications:
  • Five years of Project Management experience
  • Strong technical background in software solutions, hardware, OS, and PBX knowledge
  • Experience with software delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, Scrumban, and Kanban
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related studies or equivalent experience
  • Experience with the Genesys Customer Experience Platform and related products is required
