Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead customer-facing projects for the deployment and operationalization of cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning and coordination for customer engagements, including onboarding and deployment
• Act as the primary point of contact for project coordination among customers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Drive proactive communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or professional services roles
• Proven experience managing complex cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and network protocols (TCP/IP)
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Familiarity with SIEMs (Splunk required; Elastic or others a plus)
