Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their team in the streaming and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, prioritization, and coordination of global CRM requests across multiple regions and teams
• Develop and oversee end-to-end project plans for CRM initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Coordinate technical efforts between CRM platforms, engineering, product, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise-level program or project management experience
• Experience working with CRM, MarTech, or customer lifecycle platforms, specifically Braze
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes programs involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong technical fluency with systems, data flows, and platform dependencies
