Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to oversee the application development team and manage the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated development schedules while tracking milestones and identifying risks
• Lead Scrum ceremonies with a focus on continuous improvement and team collaboration
• Manage team velocity and workload, ensuring sustainable high performance and backlog refinement

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong Agile methodology background with hands-on experience implementing Scrum frameworks
• Experience in setting up and leading scrum teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery timelines
• Experience with databases (Smartsheet) and project management software
