Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager, Agentic AI Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from initial customer kick-off through successful production go-live and beyond
• Act as the primary liaison between the customer and the company
• Participate in the discovery process with customers to capture their technical requirements and business objectives

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry
• Experience implementing customer service automation, preferably solutions incorporating AI
• Working knowledge of the regulatory, security, and governance needs of financial institutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• General knowledge of Java or Python sufficient for building, enhancing, and debugging proprietary tools
