Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects for managed services clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects for MSP clients, ensuring timely deployment and handoff
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to ensure high-quality project execution and monitor progress to manage risks and issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of experience managing technical projects, with at least 2 years in an MSP or IT services provider environment
• Strong understanding of core IT infrastructure concepts and common MSP toolsets
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client projects in a ticket and SLA driven environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools and standard productivity tools
