Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables while developing detailed project plans
• Lead project teams through all phases, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects stay on track
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular project status updates and managing expectations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, specifically within the pharmaceutical sector
• Experience in ERP project management and understanding of project management methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience in Agile delivery and managing cross-vendor project teams
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to facilitate status meetings effectively
