Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager who will lead strategic initiatives in research and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement program strategies to achieve goals
• Provide leadership and oversight for project completion and resource allocation
• Manage molecular diagnostic assay development and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field preferred
• 12+ years of project management experience in the Medical Device or IVD Global industry
• Experience with cross-functional teams, particularly in software engineering and bioinformatics
• Experience managing molecular diagnostic assay development under design control
• Knowledge of clinical diagnostics is preferred
