Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project design, scope management, cost control, and performance reporting for major capital projects
• Lead change control forums, capturing approvals and converting discussions into clear actionable items
• Maintain advanced tracking systems to highlight dependencies, risks, and project health to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven Project Management experience in large-scale multi-platform environments
• 8+ years of experience in CAPEX delivery and end-to-end change control governance
• Expert-level proficiency in tracking, reporting, and Excel-based dashboarding
• PMP or PMI certification
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
