Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure) to oversee complex technology initiatives and drive execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment across development, product, DevOps, IT, security, and compliance
• Lead multiple projects, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and translate strategic goals into structured plans with clear milestones
• Enhance engineering excellence and optimize software development and release processes in a high-growth startup environment

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in an engineering organization, including roles in software development, QA, automation, or DevOps
• Proven experience as a technical program manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-team engineering programs with significant business impact
• Strong technical foundation with knowledge of system architecture and engineering constraints
• Experience with program tracking tools such as JIRA and Jellyfish, and a data-driven approach using OKRs and KPIs
