Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to oversee projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities across multiple engineering teams to deliver data features aligned with company goals
• Oversee end-to-end project activities, ensuring on-time delivery and managing risks and blockers
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with backlog prioritization and dependency resolution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master managing cross-functional projects
• Bachelor's degree in IT Project Management, Information Technology, Data Science/Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in managing large, ambiguous, cross-functional programs in collaborative environments
• Strong technical proficiency with data engineering and analytics teams
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and TPM best practices
