Required Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in project or program management roles
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing complex initiatives across Product and Engineering
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and team operating rhythms
• Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical concepts
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
