Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead Agile delivery and ensure project execution aligns with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery across multiple development teams and facilitate core Scrum ceremonies
• Monitor team health and project schedules while managing technical dependencies and risks
• Provide regular status updates and serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in a hybrid Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master role
• Expert knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
• Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Advanced proficiency in Agile lifecycle management tools, specifically Jira and Confluence
• Experience with modern architectures and DevSecOps pipelines
