Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for major system issues and product-related inquiries
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring readiness for development and leading Agile ceremonies
• Oversee and mentor the Product Owner team and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the healthcare or health technology industry related to medical practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
• Extensive experience gathering, documenting, and communicating detailed requirements
• Deep experience working in Agile environments and guiding teams through the software development lifecycle
• Proficiency with Jira and cloud-based architectures
