Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Seller Onboarding (ESO) Technical Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and activation of new enterprise and strategic merchants
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex Square deployments
• Serve as a liaison between enterprise sellers and internal technical stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role and 4+ years in project management or onboarding
• Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and/or SDK integrations
• Ability to understand system architectures and third-party integrations
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
