Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading Responsible AI initiatives from inception to development, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent features, drive large multi-functional programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas while managing scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization
• Foster collaboration across diverse teams to formulate roadmaps and manage the intake pipeline for feature development
• Set strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and efficient project delivery

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management with a focus on machine learning/artificial intelligence
• Deep experience in ML/AI development life cycles and excellent program management skills
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional priorities and establish unified OKRs/KPIs
• Advanced degree (MS/MBA) in a technical, organizational, or communication-related field
• Demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills and ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
