Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a wide range of technical transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Technical Project Manager will manage project planning, implementation, and delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans that align with client needs, tracking milestones, deliverables, and budgets
• Coordinate project tasks and communicate between departments to ensure successful implementation of solutions
• Compile project status reports and provide updates to clients and management, while identifying and mitigating risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a project management office or as a project manager
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with MS Project or Visio
• Experience managing complex initiatives, including data center and infrastructure projects
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
