Job Summary

Leading complex healthcare technology initiatives, the remote Technical Project Manager will manage EMR implementations, system integrations, and optimization projects on a contract basis, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent IT and healthcare technology projects across the full project lifecycle
• Partner with senior leadership and clinical teams to align on project priorities and outcomes
• Oversee EMR/EHR implementations and enhancements while managing project budgets and vendor collaborations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Healthcare IT
• Proven success in delivering EMR/EHR implementations and healthcare technology projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Experience with HL7 interfaces and healthcare workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field
