Job Summary

Leading mid-level to moderate complexity professional services engagements, the full-time remote Technical Project Manager will ensure high customer satisfaction, manage project scope and timelines, and facilitate effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Defines and adjusts project scope and timelines while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Schedules and leads meetings, promoting active participation from team members and clients
• Acts as the primary point of contact for multiple complex enterprise projects, managing escalations and resolutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field required; or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Moderate experience managing interactions with third-party resellers/service providers
• Advanced proficiency in project management software and tools
• Exceptional ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
