Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing client engagements from initiation to post-completion, the full-time Technical Project Manager will oversee deployment projects, coordinate communication across departments, and ensure clients are supported on modernized platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistent involvement with clients throughout project lifecycles, ensuring smooth transitions to modernized platforms
• Plan and manage complex engagements that span multiple divisions, developing deployment project plans and coordinating client communications
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the initiation and planning of various deployment projects, obtaining regular feedback from clients to ensure service quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or comparable experience
• Complete understanding of deployment processes, standards, and SOPs
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and client relationship-building skills
