Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Providing end-to-end support for Managed Cloud and Managed Security Services, the fully remote Technical Project Manager will develop project plans, track progress, and serve as the main point of contact for clients while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
• Track and report on project progress, risks, and client satisfaction issues
• Coordinate service engagements and ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in cybersecurity and cloud environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and Managed Security Services
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and HITRUST
• PMP or related Project Management certification is a plus
