Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing internal technical projects from inception to success, the full-time Technical Project Manager II will define project scope, develop robust plans, and drive progress while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Independently drive moderate to large projects, ensuring efficient use of stakeholder resources
• Monitor project schedules, risks, and issues, delivering regular updates and maintaining project tracking
• Collaborate across departments to design, test, and implement new processes for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant field
• 4+ years of technical project management experience
• Certifications: AZ900 and CAPM
• Experience with technologies such as ServiceNow, ITIL practices, and Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of FedRAMP compliance standards
