Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support product development in a remote capacity, the full-time contracted Technical Project Manager will guide the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards while overseeing Agile processes and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for major system issues and manage the product backlog for development readiness
• Lead Agile ceremonies, collaborate with developers and QA, and communicate the value of new features to stakeholders
• Oversee the manual testing team structure and productivity, ensuring alignment with product delivery schedules

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in user research and synthesizing insights in healthcare or health technology
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging analytics for product decisions
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and mentoring
• Extensive experience in Agile environments and managing conflicting priorities
• Proficiency with Jira and cloud-based architectures
