Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of healthcare-focused software solutions, the full-time contracted Technical Project Manager will guide the product lifecycle from concept to launch, manage product backlogs, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for system issues and product-related inquiries, managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Lead Agile ceremonies, collaborating closely with developers and QA to ensure high-quality product releases
• Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and manage the manual testing team to align testing timelines with product delivery schedules

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in user research and synthesizing insights in the healthcare or health technology industry
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging analytics for product decisions
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and mentoring
• Extensive experience in gathering and communicating detailed functional and technical requirements
• Proficiency with Jira and experience working in Agile environments
