Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Technical Project Manager will oversee the implementation and management of the Pega Customer Decision Hub, ensuring project milestones are met and client requirements are fulfilled.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and deliverables related to the Pega Customer Decision Hub
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Facilitate client meetings to gather requirements and provide project updates

Required qualifications

• Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub or similar platforms
• Proven track record in project management within a technical environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) preferred
