Job Summary

To support business analytics initiatives, the temporary Technical Project Manager will work remotely to interpret business requirements, translate them into decisioning logic, and manage project scope and deliverables while collaborating with various development teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Work closely with teammates to identify and implement process improvements related to the PEGA Decisioning platform
  • Maintain documentation of process flows and manage changes to decisioning logic from ideation to production
  • Execute testing of decisioning system changes and validate outcomes to ensure alignment with business requirements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related technical field, along with 5+ years of relevant technical experience
  • Strong knowledge of PEGA CDH and experience with Retail or Call Center CRM systems
  • Experience in Agile methodology and creating/documenting business requirements
  • Familiarity with SQL, SAS, or similar data analysis languages for validating decisioning logic
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications, specifically MS PowerPoint
