Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading technical projects focused on telecommunications and 911 call routing initiatives, the full-time Technical Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project execution, and ensure high-quality delivery while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leads technical projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project requirements and quality standards
• Facilitates communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to drive project success
• Oversees testing and implementation activities, ensuring readiness and addressing issues impacting call delivery and system performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, MIS, telecommunications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management or related roles, preferably in telecommunications or 911 environments
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Basic understanding of telecommunications concepts, including call routing and system integrations
