Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning the delivery of complex engagements, the full-time Technical Project Manager will lead enterprise customer relationships from kickoff to go-live, managing multiple workstreams, project plans, and AI workflow transformations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary delivery lead for enterprise customers, managing relationships, project plans, and outcomes
• Run delivery across all workstreams, coordinating internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders
• Make technical sequencing decisions and manage scope, tracking change requests and assessing impacts on timelines and budgets

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Proficiency with AI tools and experience using them in daily delivery workflows
• Hands-on experience with Airtable or a comparable platform
• PMP or equivalent PMO certification
• Experience delivering in enterprise environments with compliance and security requirements
