Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary delivery lead for enterprise customers, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage complex engagements, ensuring accountability across teams, external partners, and stakeholders while utilizing AI tools to enhance project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the project plan end to end, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Run delivery across multiple workstreams, managing progress and alignment with internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders
• Guide customers through AI workflow transformation and manage organizational dynamics during the transition from human-run processes to AI-augmented operations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Fluency with AI tools and experience using them in daily delivery workflows
• Hands-on experience with Airtable or a comparable platform, with an understanding of system interactions and dependencies
• PMP or equivalent PMO certification, demonstrating knowledge of formal project management methodologies
• Experience delivering in enterprise environments with compliance, security, and access management requirements
