Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support product development in a remote capacity, the full-time contracted Technical Project Manager will act as the primary advocate for customers, guiding the product lifecycle from concept to launch while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, leading Agile ceremonies and collaborating with development teams to ensure product quality and timely releases
• Oversee system certification processes and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards
• Direct the manual testing team and MIPS services, aligning testing timelines and ensuring regulatory compliance while providing performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in user research and synthesizing insights within the healthcare or health technology industry
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging analytics for product decisions
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
• Extensive experience in gathering and communicating detailed requirements, including functional and technical needs
• Deep experience working in Agile environments and guiding teams through the software development lifecycle
