Job Summary

To support the development of healthcare-focused software solutions, the full-time remote Technical Project Manager will manage product lifecycles, oversee Agile processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while advocating for customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for major system issues and manage the product backlog
• Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with development teams to ensure product quality and timely releases
• Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and manage the manual testing team's structure and productivity

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in user research and synthesizing insights in healthcare or health technology
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging analytics for product decisions
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and mentoring
• Extensive experience in Agile environments and managing product requirements
• Proficiency with Jira and cloud-based architectures
