Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support product development in a remote environment, the full-time contracted Technical Project Manager will manage the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards while overseeing Agile processes and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for major system issues and product-related inquiries, managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with development teams to ensure product quality and timely releases
• Oversee regulatory compliance processes and manage the manual testing team, aligning testing timelines with product delivery schedules

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in the healthcare or health technology industry, particularly related to medical practices
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product decisions
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and mentoring
• Extensive experience in gathering and documenting detailed requirements
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience guiding teams through the software development lifecycle
