Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Analytical and client-focused, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage multiple parallel software development projects, oversee remote teams, and ensure optimal staffing and project delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously and ensure effective staffing of developers and designers
• Oversee remote teams, including personnel in different roles, and minimize idle hours for full-time developers
• Facilitate client communications and assist the sales team with scope creep discussions while utilizing JIRA and other project management tools

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple software development projects in parallel
• Experience managing remote teams, including overseas personnel
• Familiarity with SCRUM/agile methodologies and project management documentation
• Understanding of modern technical frameworks such as PHP+MySQL, Django, Java, Swift, MERN, MEAN, Xamarin, and Unity
• Strong analytical skills with a client- and technical-oriented approach
