Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning the agile process in a full-time remote capacity, the Technical Project Manager will manage product priorities, align engineering execution, and facilitate cross-functional stakeholder communication while ensuring efficient delivery and reporting metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end agile process, including planning, standups, and retrospectives, while protecting maker time and driving commitments to completion
• Align engineering execution with product priorities and provide grounded feedback to leadership on achievable timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to surface customer needs and manage expectations regarding timelines and trade-offs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical program, delivery, or project management for software teams
• Technical proficiency to read code and engage in architecture discussions
• Hands-on experience with both Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Fluency in issue tracking tools such as Linear or Jira
• Daily use of AI tools for writing, analysis, and work acceleration
