Job Summary

Focused on managing technology-based projects, the full-time salaried Technical Project Manager will define, plan, and oversee technical initiatives that support organizational goals, ensuring timely completion within budget while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and facilitate regular status meetings
• Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with health plan requirements and industry standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience managing technical projects in a health plan or healthcare setting
• Proven experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards
