Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting cross-functional engineering teams, the full-time Technical Project Manager will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of critical projects in a fully remote environment, focusing on infrastructure, compliance, and security initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of complex technical projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Build and maintain project plans, dashboards, and release timelines while tracking project health through metrics
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements using tools like Atlassian, AI, and automation to enhance workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in a Technical Project Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar role
• Strong technical background in engineering, infrastructure, or security within fintech environments
• Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies for workflow automation and process improvement
