Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of technology initiatives, the full-time salaried Technical Project Manager will manage project plans, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and coordinate cross-functional team activities while working in a hybrid environment near Baltimore, Maryland.

Key responsibilities

• Support facilitation of Waterfall and Agile ceremonies and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and communications plans
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and proactively manage dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Represent project teams in status meetings and escalate risks and issues to program management as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a cross-functional team environment
• Experience with both waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies
• Knowledge of agile principles, scrum processes, and successful project management practices
• Proficiency in software dependency management across technology stacks
• Experience with vendor management and collaboration with third-party personnel
