Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Telecommuting from anywhere within the U.S., the full-time Technical Project Manager will plan and manage the onboarding of new digital properties, coordinate activities among various teams, and create project plans and timelines while ensuring project risks are identified and mitigated.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the onboarding of new digital properties, workflows, and processes
• Coordinate activities between Product, Engineering, Training, and Support teams
• Create project plans, timelines, and communication updates while tracking implementation progress

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years of experience in project coordination or project management
• 1+ years of experience with organizational and planning skills
• 6+ months of experience with digital products, identity workflows, or call center operations
