Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support product development and alignment with strategic goals, the full-time contracted Technical Project Manager will manage the product lifecycle, oversee Agile processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for system issues and product-related inquiries, managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Lead Agile ceremonies, collaborating closely with developers and QA to ensure product quality and smooth releases
• Oversee the manual testing team and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in user research and synthesizing insights in the healthcare or health technology industry
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics for product decisions
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and mentoring
• Extensive experience gathering and communicating detailed product requirements
• Deep experience working in Agile environments and guiding teams through the software development lifecycle
