Job Summary

Joining a distributed team, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage cross-functional projects related to software development and operational support for a Learning Management System, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring project outcomes improve delivery speed and clarity while reducing friction across teams
• Maintaining deep knowledge of projects to effectively communicate status and context without relying on engineering teams
• Identifying and managing risks proactively to prevent delivery delays and escalating issues as necessary

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in software development project management
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Experience working with global teams across varying time zones
• Proven experience implementing project management methodologies and best practices
